  • Betrayal.io

A social deduction multiplayer game where players work together to complete tasks while trying to figure out who the traitor is. It plays a lot like a browser-based version of Among Us, with quick rounds, simple controls, and constant mind games.

    Game Description

Betrayal.io throws you into small matches where trust doesn’t last long. You spawn with a group, run around doing basic tasks, and keep an eye on everyone else. One (or more) players are secretly trying to sabotage the game and eliminate others without getting caught.

What makes it fun is how fast everything moves. Rounds don’t drag, and accusations start early. You’ll second-guess everything—why someone doubled back, why a task took too long, or why they’re just standing there. Sometimes you’ll be dead sure about someone and still be completely wrong.

Betrayal.io works best when players actually talk or type. Silent lobbies kill the vibe, but active ones turn into chaos real quick.

    How to Play

    • Join a match and get assigned a role (crew or traitor)
    • As crew: complete tasks and survive
    • As traitor: eliminate players and avoid suspicion
    • Call meetings to discuss and vote out suspicious players
    • Win by completing objectives or eliminating the opposing side

    Controls

    • Arrow keys / WASD – Move
    • Mouse – Interact with tasks and UI
    • Space / E – Use or interact
    • Tab / Map key – View map (if available)

    Tips

    • Don’t rush accusations—bad calls get you voted out fast
    • As traitor, act busy even when you’re not doing tasks
    • Watch movement patterns more than words—players slip up there
